Park Time with Blue Eyes...

Yesterday Wiggle got picked up early and Smiley was home with Mommy. (He's part time) so that left Blue Eyes and I an opportunity to sneak off to the park on a beautiful cool afternoon. What fun we had...
It's no secret this girl is a climber.

She loved whipping the balls back and forth on the abacus.

At first she had no interest in the swings until she saw an older girl swing on one.  That's who she is looking at.  of course once the little girl got down from the swing someone wanted to try THAT swing because baby swings are for baby's not big girls like Blue Eyes.

I love how every time she went down the slide she looked back at me as if to say "did you see me Suzie?"

Loving the tongue sticking out cuz you know climbing takes a lot of concentration. LOL

Had to stick this one of Smiley in from my phone.  I love how he is holding the string dragging the caterpillar around   like he was taking him for a walk.  Too cute!!

How lucky am I...

I'm sitting on the couch in the living room. Watching over my little's as they play and got to thinking how lucky I am.  This is especially poignant in my mind right now because a close friend had to make the tough decision recently to go back to work.  As tough as this was for her I know it was made easier with the knowledge that it is her husband who will now be home to care for their children.  This is not an option for a lot a people and in those cases there are people like me.  People like me who are lucky enough to have been chosen to watch over other Mommy and Daddy's little's.

Today in just this past 30 minutes I have:

Watched Baby Girl (Who I have decided I will call Blue Eyes now because lets face it she just isn't a baby any more.) learn that the cat who she absolutely adores will let her pet him if she doesn't chase him and strokes him very gently.  Upon discovering this I was treated to her delighted squeals as she looked at me with the expression clearly saying "Suz are you witnessing this he's letting me pet him, whoopee."

Watched Smiley maneuver himself all over the room with the "almost" crawl I refer to as the "scoot crawl".  He then almost pulled himself up on the bouncy seat to get a closer look at the toys attached to the cross bar. I know in a matter of weeks there will be no stopping him.

Enjoyed feeding Wiggle and watch him slowly slide into the "milk coma" as his whole body relaxed and seemed to melt into mine.  No matter how many years I've been doing this that NEVER GETS OLD.

Oh yes, I am one lucky girl.

We're Back!!

Sorry I haven't posted in forever. I had really planned on updating this quite regular. You know how that goes. I do like having an outlet for my I-phone photos for Mommy's and Daddy's and family members to be able to copy any pictures they might like. So, here is a posts of pictures from the last three months...
Baby Girl reading her book from Chick Fil A after a day of shopping.

Little miss Dare Devil.  She is a climber.

Feeding the cat who begs like a dog.  :)

Goofy Natalie getting in some cuddles with my newbie I have nicknamed  Wiggle because he is such a squirmer.

Our last day with Baby Boy (he went to big boy school with his brother Handsome)

Another Dare Devil trick trying to stand on the activity table.

Another one of my new ones.  I have nicked named him Smiley.

She figured out hoe to stand on it.  Another toy removed from the play area. LOL

This one cracks me up Baby Girl insisting on sitting on Smiley's lap even though he is much smaller than her.

Can you see a Baby Girl in there???

Yes, that has been taken out of the play area too.

Tuesday Crew...

Tuesdays are our Story time at the library and McDonalds play land day. We love Tuesdays because we love being with our friends. Baby Boy is almost walking so his priority at story time is pulling himself on everything and EVERYONE. (Thanks Miss Jenn, he loves you.) This week Baby Girl's objective was getting as close to a little boy in black and white shorts as possible. You can see in the photo he is a bit embarrassed by her attention. :)
Baby Boy loves to use Miss Jenn as his pull up bar. Love how Cutie Pie is looking at Baby Boy.

This will work too if Miss Jenn is busy.

Or the stroller.

Loving that big smile at the little boy.  He cracks me up how he closes his eyes because he is shy.

Love this one, posing for Suzie.

Busted, trying to get Miss Patrice's magnet board pieces.

Loving the music.  Sassy's face is cracking me up too in  the back ground.

Sassy had a little sister and she comes to story time now too.    Lil Sis sure looks like Sassy.
The crew: Miss Janyce, Miss Jenn, Sassy, Friend, Lil Sis, Baby Boy, Baby Girl,  to bad you can't see Cutie Pie she is behind her sister.

Yum, Chicken Nuggets and French Fries.
