Tuesday Crew...

Tuesdays are our Story time at the library and McDonalds play land day. We love Tuesdays because we love being with our friends. Baby Boy is almost walking so his priority at story time is pulling himself on everything and EVERYONE. (Thanks Miss Jenn, he loves you.) This week Baby Girl's objective was getting as close to a little boy in black and white shorts as possible. You can see in the photo he is a bit embarrassed by her attention. :)

Tricks for my Picky Eaters...

Most days my little one's are pretty decent eaters but some days we have to get clever if we want to get a balanced diet into little tummies.

Baby girl tends to be my sweet eater. (lets face it most of us girls are)  she will tear up fruit, yogurt, graham crackers, puddings and the like.

Baby boy is my carnivore protein eater.  He will eat any type of meat cut up.  He will eat cheese and any  protein rich bean; black beans, chick peas, refried beans.  You name it and he will eat it.

Today we had deli ham, sweet potatoes mashed, (from my families dinner Sunday night) and yogurt.

I couldn't get that deli ham into Baby Boy's mouth fast enough.  I couldn't get the sweet potatoes in Baby girl's mouth fast enough.  But neither of them wanted the other item.

I had to get sneaky and hide a bit of ham on the spoon and cover it with sweet potatoes for BG and spoon sweet potatoes into a rolled up piece of ham for BB.

Luckily, my disguised food worked well and they both enjoyed the yogurt.  It gave them nice full bellies so they could get right to the more important stuff. Playing:

Our Hamsters who we thought were both girls had babies. Evidently one was a boy. LOL
We had to move the Daddy to a different cage because we didn't want Mommy to have any more.
We borrowed a clear aquarium from a friend and set up a new house for Daddy hamster. The little ones LOVE this because they can see Daddy hamster so well. I couldn't resist capturing their expressions as they watched him in his new home.

Hello GYM, we are back....

It had been a few weeks since we had been to the gym for gymnastics class. It was good to be back and having fun with our friends. Especially since Baby Boy and Baby Girl are getting around so well now. They were having such a good time I had a really hard time getting them to look at me for a smile. But I am sure you can tell they really enjoyed the morning.

It's fun to walk through Hula Hoops..
